After experience, Pratik joined the company and has given a complete new direction heading different projects. He leads Finance & Purchase Departments. He has been successful in implementing new strategies and to push the sales to new heights, minimize human error, improve service standards for 100% buyer satisfaction.
Pratik has done his post-graduation from NMIMS in Family Business Management. He also got the opportunity to start his own business in e-commerce sector and gained immense knowledge and experience from it. Pratik is accredited with development and growth of groups business.
OUR ROLE IN DENIM INDUSTRY
In composite Denim fabric mills, where materials are made continuously in large batches, shipments are also large, in the form of truckloads. It's not feasible for a fabric mill to fulfil many thousands of small orders to customers all around. We at Mittal Life style Distribute and buy the entire material quantities from these manufacturers, then create smaller material units and delivers those units to our many customers, in a timely fashion.
Most composite fabric mills have neither the cash flow nor the storage space to stock the goods produced. We, however, have both storage space and the resources to purchase fabric in huge quantities, and the necessary staff and sales team to market the denim fabric thus spreading the reach of the product. Our good PR with the customer ensures an unbroken supply chain, ensures timely material turnover and no dead stock.
The most important benefit provided by us to our customers is financing and credit, important for the entire cycle to run, without credit there is no demand in the market. Another is providing quality denim fabric. Our goodwill and relationship with both the manufacturer and hundreds of customers gives us advantage to resolve quality issues quickly and improving the quality resulting in the finest and top class denim fabric.
We also at the same time offer technical advice to our customers and help them make the right fabric choices. We timely alert our end-users to changing prices or alerting them of shortage of material. This in turn also helps our manufacturer, using the market data provided by us to forecast demand or develop new products based on our widespread customer base.
